National Healthy Kids Day, an initiative by the YMCA to enhance the health and well-being of children and families, will be hosted at the Sewickley Valley YMCA. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
For over three decades, YMCAs across the nation have organized free community events with the aim of encouraging kids and families to maintain active minds and bodies during the summer months and beyond.
The event will feature participation from Rep. Gaydos, Sen. Robinson, Sewickley Valley YMCA officials, as well as event sponsors and attendees.
