Press Release from Allegheny County Public Works - Cliff Mine Road closure to begin on March 13, 2023:
Part of Cliff Mine Road in North Fayette to Close Starting on March 13.
PITTSBURGH – The Department of Public Works announced today that Cliff Mine Road will close between Logan Road and Gorwood Drive in North Fayette Township starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023. The closure, which is expected to end in August 2023, is required for construction of a roadway support structure, drainage improvements, paving, and installation of guide rail and pavement markings.
Traffic will be detoured using Steubenville Pike and West Allegheny Road.
Residents living within the closure area will have access to their homes at all times.
The $761,443 project will be done by A. Merante Contracting, Inc. of Pittsburgh.
