We will STRIVE to the potential & the possible in the ever changing & challenging era of the "great resignation." How do we transform to recruit & retain talent?
We will focus on “talent mapping”; a proactive approach to finding the right talent, placing in the right roles and retaining top performers in this ever changing and ever challenging era of the “great resignation and reshuffle”. It is a continuous activity we must STRIVE to achieve to gain success. How do we transform to bridge the gap between an organization’s goals and the desires of the top talent we want to retain?
