Recycling Event
Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
Mark your calendars for the annual recycling day on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Moon Township’s Environmental Advisory Council, in partnership with JVS Environmental and Liberty Tire, host this annual event on the first Saturday in June to help keep reusable items out of landfills. The location of the event is 1115 Stevenson Mill Road. Eligible items included tires, appliances and electronics, specifically printers, copiers, computers, laptops, and televisions. Only one television per vehicle will be accepted. There is a fee for tires this year at the recycling event on June 4, 2022.
- $2.00 for tires up to 19 inches
- $10.00 for tires 19 ½ to 24 inches
- $5.00 for rims.
- We cannot accept tires over 24 inches.
