South Fayette Township issued the following announcement on May 16.
Part of Millers Run Road in South Fayette, between Crest Street and Morgan Hill Road, is closed from May 16, 2022, until late August 2022 for landslide repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced.
Traffic is detoured via Route 50. Thru-traffic is prohibited around-the-clock as crews from Beaver Excavating conduct slide remediation work.
The project area is located between the Morgan and Cuddy neighborhoods. Please use caution when traveling in this area.
Please note that South Fayette Township is not involved in this work and is providing this notice as a courtesy.
