Your child will participate in a wide variety of fitness games and sports. They will be able to find new ways to stay active while building skills that are necessary for their growth and development. All classes start with an age-appropriate warm-up, include stretching, and end with a relaxing cool down. Coaches will focus not only on the importance of fitness but also include a brief segment about nutrition during each class that will emphasize the importance of being an all-around healthy individual.
