South Fayette Township issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
Please join the South Fayette Township Police Department during No-Shave November 2021 to help prevent cancer.
Police officers have special permission to break their dress code for the month to sport beards and raise money for cancer prevention.
The fundraising goal is $2,500. Please donate online. Proceeds benefit the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
