Bethel Park Police Dept issued the following announcement on Sept. 21.
Beginning this week through the next three months, Michael Facchiano Contracting will be working on behalf of the Municipality to rehab the bridge on Beagle Drive to keep it in excellent working order for years to come. Work will be done from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday – Friday. While there may be minor traffic control and flagging occurring during work hours, no closures or detours are expected. Work includes restoring the structural members, cleaning & painting steel beams below the deck, plus various minor repairs to the concrete abutments, bridge deck, guide rail, and surrounding signage.
