Outdoor Yoga for Adults (July 19-Aug 30)

Enjoy traditional hatha yoga classes with asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Classes are designed for all ages and levels of flexibility. Everyone can do yoga! Have a yoga mat, block or pillow, and strap or robe belt handy. Class will move to a virtual format in case of inclement weather.
