On Tuesday, April 1, former Upper St. Clair High School standout Jake Casey’s current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, won 13-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mercyhurst Lakers.

The game took place at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Lakers this season.

The Golden Flashes’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at Olga Mural Field at Schoonover Stadium against Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets.
