On Sunday, March 9, former South Fayette High School standout Tyler Pitzer’s current college team, the South Carolina Gamecocks, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Morehead State Eagles.
The game took place at Founders Park. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Founders Park against Georgia State Panthers.
