State Rep. Valerie Gaydos | Pennsylvania 44th Legislative District
House Republican Policy Committee Chairman Joshua D. Kail (R-Beaver/Washington), Rep. Valerie Gaydos (R-Allegheny), and other lawmakers will host a hearing titled “Healthcare Options for Small Businesses” to examine how Association Healthcare Plans work, their benefits, and the regulatory framework needed to implement them effectively in Pennsylvania.
Kail, Gaydos, members of the committee, and testifiers including Emily Greene, Pennsylvania state director of Americans for Prosperity; Robert McCafferty, operator of North Country Brewing; a representative from the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau; and others will participate in the hearing.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 1, at 1:00 p.m. at the Moon Township Municipal Building located at 1000 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA 15108.
