South Park Senior High School standout Austin Lafferty’s college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, March 23

On Sunday, March 23, former South Park Senior High School standout Austin Lafferty’s current college team, the Akron Zips, lost 11-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Michigan Broncos.

The game took place at Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field. This was their third matchup against the Broncos this season.

The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 1 p.m. at Oakland Baseball Field against Oakland Golden Grizzlies.
