Senator Devlin Robinson has recently used his social media platform to highlight significant community events and public awareness campaigns. On September 2, 2025, Robinson commemorated a historic milestone in Major League Baseball, while subsequent posts addressed upcoming local events and mental health resources for veterans.

On September 2, 2025, Senator Robinson posted: “Today our region & @HistoryCenter honored the date (9/2/1971) that the @Pirates fielded the first all minority lineup in @MLB history.

Tickets here: https://t.co/qhJ9D2VCGFhttps://t.co/WBAWOuHEkA” This message references the Pittsburgh Pirates’ historic decision on September 2, 1971, to field Major League Baseball’s first all-minority starting lineup.

The following day, on September 3, 2025, Robinson announced an event to honor first responders and those who served during the September 11 attacks: “To honor our local first responders and the men and women who selflessly and bravely served on Sept. 11, 2001, PA State Rep. Natalie Mihalek and I are hosting a stair climb at Spencer Family YMCA Bethel Park on Sept. 11 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.”

Later that same day, Robinson addressed suicide prevention among veterans by sharing available resources: “September is Veterans Suicide Awareness Month. Please know help is available, you are valuable, and you are not alone. You or your loved ones can utilize the crisis line by dialing 988, or contacting the @PADMV for information and resources on getting the help you deserve.”

Senator Devlin Robinson represents Pennsylvania’s 37th district in the State Senate. His recent posts reflect ongoing efforts to commemorate regional history, support community resilience through remembrance of national tragedies such as September 11th, and raise awareness about mental health resources for veterans.
