On Tuesday, March 18, former West Allegheny Senior High School standout Wil Gubba’s current college team, the Marshall Thundering Herd, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.

The game took place at Earle Combs Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Colonels this season.

The Thundering Herd’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Kennedy Center Field against James Madison Dukes.
