Lawmakers to discuss new bill on food allergy information requirements

Rep. Natalie Mihalek, along with other lawmakers and stakeholders, will hold a news conference to discuss a bill aimed at mandating food allergy information in restaurants and other food retail facilities. This legislation is co-authored by Rep. Arvind Venkat.

Senators Devlin Robinson and Judy Schwank are also expected to attend the event, alongside various food safety advocates.

The news conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, at 2:30 p.m., taking place at the Main Capitol Rotunda in the State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg. The event will be streamed live online.
