Lawmakers to discuss bill on mandatory food allergy information in eateries

Rep. Natalie Mihalek and her colleagues are set to discuss House Bill 77 at a news conference scheduled for June 10, 2025. The bill, co-authored with Rep. Arvind Venkat, aims to mandate the use of food allergy information in restaurants and other food retail facilities.

Joining Mihalek at the event will be Sen. Devlin Robinson, Sen. Judy Schwank, other lawmakers, and food safety advocates. The conference will take place at the Main Capitol Rotunda in the State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg at 2:30 p.m.
