On Tuesday, March 18, former South Park Senior High School standout Drew Lafferty’s current college team, the Pittsburgh Panthers, won 16-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Charles L. Cost Field. This was their first matchup against the Zips this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 3 p.m. at Charles L. Cost Field against Kent State Golden Flashes.
