On Friday, March 28, former South Park Senior High School standout Austin Lafferty’s current college team, the Akron Zips, lost 11-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Skeeles Field. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Skeeles Field against Ball State Cardinals.
