The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2025 in Allegheny County rose by $10,000, while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2025, 3,088 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices around averaging $215,000. This is a 4.9% increase over the $205,000 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 3,598 homes sold.
